Cookshop is quickly becoming an institution near Chelsea's galleries and tree-lined streets. The food is interesting and well prepared, and the prices are fair relative to the NYC fine-dining scene. Brunch is a hot commodity here. After a night (and hopefully morning) of rolling around in bed with a hot partner of choice, an afternoon at Cookshop followed by gallery-hopping sufficiently helps convince one that rolling around with said miscellaneous partner was as much for what was between said individual's ears than what was between his/her legs. The suckling pig is a must try for dinner. At brunch, skip the Bloody Mary, at your own peril.
